To prioritize customization and affordability, we provide the option to book the space for a minimum duration of one hour. This allows flexibility and ensures accessibility for various needs and budgets.

We are located within the Hide House Creative complex. However, we are in the building located next to the parking lot - not to be confused with the main Hide House building across the street. Upon entering, we are located on the third floor in suite 314.

If you are late leaving the studio or do not leave enough time to clean up, shoot us a text letting us know of any delays. If you are running more than 10 minutes over your booked time, unfortunately, we’ll have to charge you for an additional hour and/or a cleaning fee. Because there are often back to back bookings, we ask that you remain aware of other creatives and leave enough time at the end of your reservation to clean up.

Yes! If you go down the hall towards the elevator and stairs, you’ll see a sign pointing towards the bathroom. There are two bathrooms located to the left of the stairs.

It depends on the time of year, but shooting in the morning or late afternoon gives you lovely light! Midday has some cool direct sunlight, but you can always close the curtains if needed.

Studio Policies + Terms of Use
Our Expectations: We kindly request that you maintain the space's cleanliness and beauty during your use. Our aim is to maintain a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment that can be appreciated by everyone. We kindly request that you show respect for our studio space and all of its elements.
Please be prompt with your rented time slot. The time slot you reserve includes your setup and clean up. A $50 fee will be charged if you go over on your time.
Clean up after yourself and your clients. Please throw away garbage, vacuum or sweep if needed, wipe down makeup tables, etc. If you rearranged any furniture or props, please put them back on how you originally found them.
Studio Collective MKE does not allow any nude photography or partially nude photography. For reference, this includes but is not limited to: full or partial nude shoots, implied nudity, pornography, fine art nudity, and transparent clothing. If you are unsure, don't hesitate to reach out and ask!
During the duration of your rental, you bear the responsibility for ensuring that both you and your clients or guests behave appropriately. If any actions are deemed dangerous, illegal, or negligent, the rental may be terminated right away. In such cases, it may be necessary to contact law enforcement or pursue legal measures as deemed necessary.
Please refrain from removing any items from the studio. If any items are discovered missing during your allocated time, we will thoroughly examine the studio's recorded footage and, if needed, hold you responsible for covering the cost of replacing the missing items.
If damage occurs to the studio or any of the items in the studio during your time slot, additional fees will be charged.
THE PREMISES IS UNDER VIDEO AND AUDIO SURVEILLANCE AT ALL TIMES. By agreeing to these rules and being present at your rented time slot, you are consenting to both the video and audio recording during your allotted time. You further understand that you, the renter, are responsible for notifying your clients/guests of this provision and/or obtaining any waivers/permissions required for this video/audio surveillance. In the event of any clothing changes, the designated changing area should be utilized. Renter and their guests are under notice there is no expectation of privacy in the premises outside of the designated changing area.
Food and drink are allowed in the studio, but not allowed on the furniture.
No smoking or drugs are permitted.
No pets allowed.
No open flames, candles, confetti, glitter, or smoke bombs allowed.
Workshops or large styled events must be approved beforehand. Please email us with the details before booking.
Liability - This agreement releases Owner from all liability relating to physical injuries and/or injury to Renter’s equipment that may occur during any future rental period agreed upon between Owner and Renter. Renter agrees to hold Owner entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the premises and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the premises.
Property - Renter agrees to maintain the premises, furniture and all equipment within the space in as good a condition as they were at the beginning of the term. They agree to dispose of all trash in the provided trash cans and clean up any messes that occur during their rental period. If you fill the trash during your session or throw away garbage that might cause a bad odor in the studio, we just ask that you dispose of the trash in the dumpsters located in the parking lot. If the studio is not left in good condition (i.e. trash thrown away, props placed back in original locations, and messes cleaned up) and/or the Renter is late leaving the premises, they will be subject to a minimum fee of $50 and may be denied future bookings.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Rescheduling your time slot will be subject to a $50 fee and will be based on studio availability.
There will be no refunds on unused time.
STUDIO COLLECTIVE MKE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY BOOKINGS AT THEIR DISCRETION.
In the rare case that this happens, a full refund will be given.
